ComChart Mobile Clinical data on the Palm PDA or Pocket PC ComChart has created an interface for Palm Pilot and other PDA devices. It enables ComChart's users to store the records of thousands of patients on their Palm PDA or Pocket P. The health care provider can select to store any or all of the following types of information:
