ComChart Single User Version 9L

ComChart EMR has been in development since 1992 . It is used by physicians across the nation and has been distributed since 1999. We are certain you will find it to be the most comprehensive, functional and intuitive EMR on the market.

ComChart-SU is a fully functional version of ComChart EMR however it differs from the full version of ComChart EMR in the following ways:

  1. ComChart-SU can only be operated on a single computer and cannot be networked.
  2. ComChart-SU can only be used one MD, NP, DO or PA.
  3. ComChart-SU does not include the interface to the Palm PDA or Pocket PC.
  4. The user cannot modify the programming language of ComChart-SU. (All user options, which are customizable in the full version of ComChart EMR, can also be customized in ComChart-SU.)
  5. Technical support is not available for ComChart-SU.
  6. Automated faxing from ComChart is not functional in ComChart-SU, however manual faxing will work.
  7. The Medical Letter's Adverse Drug Interaction database is not included in ComChart-SU.
  8. Credit card processing is not functional in ComChart-SU.
  9. The interface to practice management software is not functional in ComChart-SU.
  10. The option to use a dedicated prescription printer is not functional in ComChart-SU.
  11. Additional features may also be disabled or nonfunctional.
  12. The license to use ComChart-SU expires on January 15, 2100.
  13. It does not have the ability to store multipage documents, although you can store single page documents.
  14. ComChart-SU does not have the ability to be "web-enabled" using the ComChart Physician Patient Web Interface.
  15. ComChart-SU was created on 6/23/2006. Alterations that were made to ComChart EMR after 6/23/2006, will not appear in ComChart-SU. To see a list of features which have been added to ComChart EMR after 6/23/2006, click here and click here.

ComChart-SU can be upgraded to ComChart EMR. Please contact ComChart Medical Software for upgrade pricing information.The full (network) version of ComChart EMR would allow you to network ComChart in your office, enabling you to access your patient records in the exam room, while your secretary is scheduling patients and your nurse is entering data into the charts of other patient charts.

If you wish to obtain ComChart-SU (single user version), please print one copy of the License agreement (click here to obtain the License agreement), sign it and return it to ComChart Medical Software, along with a check for $100.00. You will then be be instructed on how to download ComChart-SU from the web or sent a ComChart CD.
