4) Clinical Summary -

The clinical summary file displays the patient's problem list, medicine list, old problem list, old medicine list, allergy list, PCP and family history. Information can easily be moved between the medicine list and old medicine list and between the patient's problem list and old problem list. For those patients who are being jointly managed by more than one physician, such as a PCP and a specialist, the clinical summary file also displays the "fax list." Every physician name that appears on the "fax list" will automatically receive a faxed copy of every filed progress note. The automatic fax will be created at the time the note is automatically filed in ComChart™ .
