Here is a sample "one-click" Progress Note, that was created based on a user's Template Progress Note.

The note is too long to be displayed in a single image, so the first half of the note is in the top image and the second have appears in the bottom image. All the charts and tables can be added with a single click.

ComChart Charts

ComChart gives you the ability to incorporate "Lab charts" into your Progress Notes with a single click. ComChart has the ability to create lab charts of the patient's LFTs, Lipid profile, TFTs, electrolytes and CBC charts. It also gives you the ability to create your own customized lab chart that may include any combination of lab results.

ComChart will also let you create customized charts that includes a combination of elements drawn from the patient's labs, flow sheet, xrays and vital signs. as shown in the bottom chart.
